A minimum non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure any booking. We accept cash, debit or credit card payments. Working hours 8am–5pm; weekend slots by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

Who we are

Watford Handyman, Watford WD17 2PZ, is the data controller for this website. Contact: enquiries@watfordhandyman.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, mobile and telephone numbers, email address, the address where the work is, your jobs list and your preferred day.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry, agree a time and a price and carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, then performing it.

Who sees it

The family who run the business. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service acting on our instructions. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted within 6 months. Records of completed work are kept for 6 years for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing enquiries@watfordhandyman.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and photographs are loaded from Google Fonts and Unsplash, which may see your IP address when they serve those files.
